Quetek technicians are very highly qualified in my opinion, I have worked with many tech support technicians and these guys know their product very well. They worked with us to figure a solution on our raid 5 that had crashed and after Dell was not able to help us they said it was lost, I reached to Ti and his team and they found a solution and recovered our data that was 5.6 terabytes. They did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
